The Yin Resonance Teacher Training with MBS in Cyprus was truly transformative for me. It wasn’t just a training; it felt like a deep dive into my own self, a journey of self-discovery and healing. Together they have 65 years experience in Yoga and Spirituality.

Through their personal commitment to the path they are initiated to offer beginner to advanced levels in Tantra and Yoga. Teaching mostly from the right hand practices of Tantra, infused with devotion, and a down to earth friendly approach.

Lena Michael will be facilitating the sound healing sessions throughout the whole training.
Lena is a trained Reiki Master Teacher, Sound & Frequency Healer, Ceremonial Cacao Practioner & Crystal Therapist. She has trained in various other healing arts including SCHH Quantum Hypnotherapy & has found that combining a fusion of healing modalities together with intention & visualisation can have powerful & deeply transformative effects on our journey back to wholeness.

She is the creator of White Lotus Crystal, a space in Nicosia, Cyprus where she offers Cacao Ceremonies, Sound & Frequency Healing, Meditation Journeys, Tibetan Bowl Vibrational Body Therapy, Solfeggio Frequency Tuning Forks, Crystal Therapy, Reiki Initiations, Munay-Ki Rite of the Womb & Women’s Circles. Her offerings are in group settings, personal 1:1 sessions, couples sessions, private groups & online sessions.

She uses a combination of Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Ocean Drum, Rain Stick, Shamanic Drum, Gongs, Chimes, Rattles, Koshi Chimes, Tinza Bells, Rav Pans, Monochord, Angelic Therapy Harp & Frequency Tuning Forks.
