Brand new in Cyprus : Gemmotherapy ! It's a branch of herbal medicine that uses the embryonic tissues of plants (buds, young shoots, rootlets) in the form of glycerin macerates. It was invented in the 1950s-1960s by the Belgian physician Pol Henry. This presentation offers an introduction to its origins, its preparation method, and its draining, regenerating and balancing properties, with examples of commonly used buds to support circulation, immunity, sleep and daily stress management.
