Shiva Dance & Deep Sound Meditation An energizing movement journey and a profound immersion into sound! Shiva Dance Shiva Dance is a dynamic meditative movement practice inspired by the archetype of Shiva as the cosmic dancer, a symbol of transformation and inner power. This is not a choreographed dance class. It is a guided experience where conscious movement merges into a flowing meditative state. Benefits include the release of physical and emotional tension, stimulation of new neural connections, reconnecting with your body, joint mobility improvement, enhanced coordination and body awareness and the development of multi focus attention No dance experience is required. The practice is accessible to all levels.
Deep Gong Sound Meditation After movement, we transition into stillness. Participants rest comfortably while immersed in the deep, resonant vibrations of gongs and Tibetan singing bowls. The sound frequencies interact with the body on both physical and neurological levels, supporting nervous system regulation and deep relaxation. Sound meditation helps to reduce stress and mental overload, release muscular tension, calm the mind naturally, support emotional balance and enhance recovery and inner clarity. Kids yoga class (from ages 4+ or younger with partner) Join us at the MBS for a fun Yoga class outdoors, where we will go on an amazing yoga journey where your little ones can stretch and strengthen their bodies doing different yoga poses, will practise breathing techniques and attempt to bring awareness within and foster relaxation!!! The class is suitable for children above 3 years, or if younger join your babe for some fun yoga time together.

Tai Chi Class Tai Chi is an exercise that improves balance, flexibility, cardiovascular health and the immune system. It is also known as “Moving Meditation” since we practice slow, fluid, circular and centered Martial Arts and Qigong movements with a relaxed body and mind. Harvard Medical School says Tai Chi is one of the best exercises you can do for your health. In this 50 minutes class you will learn a simple, beginners Tai Chi form that can be practiced anywhere, any time! Tarık Tekman teaches Qigong and Tai Chi, and facilitates meditative energy practices in Cyprus and online. He has completed Tai Chi and Qigong instructor trainings with Faye Yip, Tary Yip and Lam Kam Chuen, The School for The Work of Byron Katie with Byron Katie, Dorn Method & Breuss Massage Advanced Therapist training with Çağla Yüksel, Bert Hellinger Family Constellations with Stephen Victor, Ho’oponopono with İhaleakala Hew Len. Η Νείρα, η μικρή κάμπια, Σε αυτή τη διαδραστική εμπειρία αφήγησης, εξερευνούμε την ταυτότητα, την ανάπτυξη και τη μεταμόρφωση μέσα από παιχνίδι, κίνηση και φαντασία. Ανακαλύπτουμε ότι η αλλαγή δεν είναι κάτι που πρέπει να φοβόμαστε, αλλά κάτι που μπορούμε να παρατηρήσουμε και να βιώσουμε.

Why do I look like this? Why am I always hungry? and… do butterflies ever get dizzy?
Neira, the little caterpillar, asks the questions every child carries inside.
In this interactive storytelling experience, children explore identity, growth, and transformation in a playful way. Together, we discover that change is not something to fear, but something to embrace. This is not just a story to listen to. It is a story to step into. At the end of the workshop, children and parents will create their own art inspired by the story. Parents are welcome to join the experience. Ages 4+
