Five Elements Yoga Flow Move through the five elements and reconnect with the natural intelligence of your body. Inspired by the five elements of yogic philosophy — Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether — this 50-minute outdoor practice invites participants to reconnect with the natural rhythms of the body and the surrounding environment. Through grounding postures, fluid movement and mindful breath, we will explore stability, flow, inner strength and spacious awareness. This practice is suitable for all levels and offers a beautiful opportunity to pause, move and reconnect. Bring your yoga mat and join us for this energising and balancing experience.
Constantina Hadjidemetriou is a yoga teacher and yoga therapist with a background in social sciences. Her work integrates movement, breath and embodied awareness to support grounded, balanced and meaningful practice. Drawing inspiration from the elements and traditional yogic wisdom, she offers both accessible and nourishing practices.
