It is also known as “Moving Meditation” since we practice slow, fluid, circular and centered Martial Arts and Qigong movements with a relaxed body and mind. Harvard Medical School says Tai Chi is one of the best exercises you can do for your health. In this 50 minutes class you will learn a simple, beginners Tai Chi form that can be practiced anywhere, any time!
Tarık Tekman teaches Qigong and Tai Chi, and facilitates meditative energy practices in Cyprus and online. He has completed Tai Chi and Qigong instructor trainings with Faye Yip, Tary Yip and Lam Kam Chuen, The School for The Work of Byron Katie with Byron Katie, Dorn Method & Breuss Massage Advanced Therapist training with Çağla Yüksel, Bert Hellinger Family Constellations with Stephen Victor, Ho’oponopono with İhaleakala Hew Len. He participated in trainings with Eckhart Tolle, Stuart Schwartz, Stephen Harrod Buhner, and in many meditation and energy work retreats around the world.
