Εκεί που το Σώμα Κρατά τις Πεποιθήσεις (και πώς αρχίζουν να αλλάζουν) Όσα πιστεύουμε δεν είναι μόνο σκέψεις – είναι εμπειρίες που ζουν στο σώμα… Εκφράζονται στη στάση, στην αναπνοή, στον τρόπο που σχετιζόμαστε… Σε αυτό το βιωματικό workshop θα αναγνωρίσεις πώς οι πεποιθήσεις εκφράζονται μέσα μας και πού κρατιούνται… Μέσα από επίγνωση και χώρο, αρχίζουν να αποδυναμώνονται… Αν κάτι μέσα σου επαναλαμβάνεται, εδώ μπορείς να το συναντήσεις αλλιώς. Εργάζομαι με το σώμα, εκεί όπου η εμπειρία γίνεται αλήθεια και όχι μόνο σκέψη. Η διαδρομή μου ξεκίνησε πολύ πριν από την εκπαίδευσή μου – μέσα από προσωπικά βιώματα που με έφεραν σε επαφή με την ανθρώπινη ευαλωτότητα, αλλά και με τη δύναμη της μεταμόρφωσης. Από εκεί γεννήθηκε η ανάγκη να κατανοήσω σε βάθος τον άνθρωπο και να συνοδεύσω αυτή τη διαδικασία και σε άλλους… Τα τελευταία είκοσι χρόνια εργάζομαι ως ψυχοθεραπεύτρια, συνδυάζοντας τη Ραϊχική σωματική προσέγγιση και τη Gestalt. The Magic of Sound: A unique two-part event Part One Lecture on the Sound of the Universe An interactive lecture on the eternal sound of Om, the sound of the Universe itself. You will learn about the nature of this sound, with its vibrations penetrating through time and space, moving between planets and galaxies, reflecting the harmonious movement of the cosmos. The Hidden Pieces of Healing: Bridging Psychology and Energy Most of us have tried to heal. And yet something remains. Healing is not one dimensional, it asks us to look deeper, beyond symptoms and stories, and to understand the many layers that shape our inner world. In this talk, I’ll share how an integrative approach allows us to reach the root cause of emotional pain, not just its surface expression. We’ll explore the hidden architecture of healing: how universal energy flows through the body, how emotional wounds create energetic blockages, how certain layers often remain untouched by single modality approaches, and why the mind alone cannot always release what the body and energy field still holds. Drawing from EFT Tapping, somatic healing, and energy-based practices, this exploration shows how bridging psychology and energy can help us release stuck emotions from the body, restore flow through the energetic system, bring back fragmented parts of self, and gently guide us home to wholeness.
