12:00-13:20 | Faye BalomenouAshtanga Basics The standing sequence of Asthanga is like the “alphabet” of the yoga practice. It’s fundamental to practice the basics with the right technique and break down the alignment of the postures as well as the technique of jump back–jump through. In this session we will practice the standing sequence of asthanga, core strengthening drills for the jump back–jump through and some of the seated asanas of the primary series. The finishing includes backbends and inversions for all levels of practitioners.
