It will hold you through all the stages of your transformation\, and give you the suitable wings to fly to a new stage of your life\, like a cocoon transforming to a butterfly.\n\nThe 200hours part-time Yoga Teacher training will cover all the following topics:\n– Yoga Philosophy\n– Yoga Asanas\n– Meditation Techniques\n– Mantras\n– Pranayama\n– Chakras\n– Introduction to Mudras\, Bandhas\, Kriyas\n– Introduction to Ayurveda\n– Introduction to Marma Therapy\n– Basic Anatomy\n– Alignments & Adjustments\n– Yogic Lifestyle\, Ethics\, Teaching Methods and Business Skills\n– Various types of Yoga (Kundalini\, Yin\, Aerial\, Partner\, Yoga Nidra)\n– Mindfulness & Gratitude\n\nTraining will be taught by Egli Ioannou (Msc Psychology\, 200Hrs Yoga\, Aerial Yoga\, SUP Yoga) and Anastasia Angelidou (200Hrs Yoga\, Aerial Yoga\, Prenatal Yoga\, Prana Vinyasa Yoga).\nThis training is certified by Yoga Alliance International.\nStudents will be given a world-wide recognised teaching certificate in completing their training and full payment of training.\nThe training is suitable for people who have been practicing Yoga and are interested in teaching yoga or expanding their own knowledge of the topic for their own benefit.\nDATES\n9 weekends starting 22nd of October – 15th of January (with a weekend break in November\, and 3 weekends Christmas break before final exams)\nEARLY BIRD PRICE\n(until the 15/09) €1750\nNORMAL PRICE\n€1900\nPayment can be made in instalments.\nFor more information or to book your spot please contact us on 99325558 or through our Facebook Page.
