DESCRIPTION:Energy cleansing is the cleansing of our energy. Each person has their own energy which consists of our thoughts\, emotions\, actions as well as our experiences both negative and positive. All these emit their own energy which is why each of us is unique.\nThe purpose of energy cleansing is to clear negative energy from the person’s space so that he/she can feel better. The more we clear negativity from our space the more peaceful and relaxed we start to feel\, and the more peaceful and relaxed we feel the more positive things we start to attract. \nI invite you then to ‘EMOTIONAL RELEASE’ where we will release negativity coming from our emotional issues. We will release possible trauma\, negative emotions\, erroneous programmes and beliefs.
