The Temple of the Heart - Women’s Circle & Crystal Sound Journey

You’re welcome to join us in our Women’s Circle - a sacred space where each woman is invited to relax into who she truly is. 

We begin with connecting to our feminine receptive nature to feel safe, supported & connected to the sisters around us, the way women gathered together in sacred circles in Ancient times. We continue with breath work allowing ourselves to drop into a deep state of relaxation, reconnecting with our womb & our heart space. We continue with the Temple of the Heart meditation & end with a Sound Journey using Crystal Singing Bowls & Chimes before closing our sacred circle.
