Dear Friends.. let’s come together to share the joy and powerful energy of Drum Circle, in which our heartbeats connect through the primitive beats of the Drum. An ancient relationship between human and rhythm, sacred by its nature and deeply familiar.

Part 1: DRUMMING is about having FUN above all. It is a playful way to harmonize with the present moment and with the others through the sound of repeating beats. It is a rhythmical journey to explore, expand, and commune in ways beyond spoken words, verbal language, and description, simply through rhythm, vibration, and silence.
(Note: NO DRUMMING SKILLS ARE REQUIRED)

Part 2: SILENCE
Just sitting silently, breathing naturally and witnessing whatever it’s happening inside and out without judgment

NOTES:
*We will gather at 18:00 and we will start at 18:30
*Because of the limited amount of drums please book your drum in advance
*Don’t forget to bring along your drum, bongos, frame drum, cowbell, bucket, or anything you can beat will do.
*Your swimwear in case you want to swim before or after.
*Your water or anything you would like to drink except alcohol.
*Your beautiful and groovy energy

*Location: Dasoudi beach, close to Pizza hut parking. ( If you stand in the parking and look to the sea, you walk right and you will see us on your right hand after 100 meters)
