Thabet Alhafez
Thabet’s path in calisthenics and yoga began 10 years ago, where he explored the power of bodyweight movement and the calmness of breathwork.
Through years of practice and teaching, he has developed a unique fusion model that seamlessly blends calisthenics and yoga, maximizing strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
This approach not only enhances physical performance, but also promotes mental clarity and inner balance.
His mission is to empower others through this dynamic practice, helping them build a stronger body and a calmer mind.
Additionally, he has been playing the HandPan for seven years.
This journey has taken him from Dubai to Montreal and now in Cyprus.
This magical instrument has transformed his life, and he is dedicated to sharing its beauty with the world.
Through the soothing and mystical sounds of the HandPan, he aims to spread love, peace, and music, connecting hearts across cultures.
