Who are you behind the roles you are taking; as a mother, sister, daughter, or grandmother? What remains of you, when you're stripped of 'what you do' for a living? Can you be with the 'nakedness' of the woman who lives beneath your skin - with the ‘marks’ of her unique story? Can you meet her in the paradox of embodying these roles without being defined by them? In this workshop we will be using ancient yet cutting edge practices based on Tantra, to dive into communion with the self and explore how that ripples to developing deep intimacy with others and with life itself.
